Evening A seasoned yoga instructor arrives at 6 p.m. to lead you in a private, in-house Vinyasa yoga class. Saturday Morning A healthy, organic breakfast featuring fresh produce from local Long Island farms is served at 9:00 a.m. Late Morning A licensed therapist arrives at 11:00 a.m. to lead a private, in-house workshop that explores your choice of topics: effective communication, enhancing emotional connection, or self-empowerment. Afternoon You are chauffeured to and from a local attraction of your choice, such as: a winery, lighthouse, beach, boat ride, nature walk, swimming, or tennis. Or if you prefer, you are free to stay inside and enjoy a quiet afternoon with a book. Early Evening Upon your return to the house you will be greeted with an afternoon tea and sandwich service. Evening A licensed masseuse will arrive at 6 p.m. for a private, in-house Swedish or Deep Tissue massage. The evening is then left open so you can take time to explore the local shoppes, attractions and fine dining. We will be happy to book a reservation at a local restaurant of your choice. Refunds will only be given if cancellations are made a minimum of one week in advance and only if we are able to re-book your time slot.
